The website currently presents our brand and products. Online ordering, customer registration and payments are unavailable.
Our hosting service records website requests for operation, security and troubleshooting. These records can include your IP address, request time and URL, referring page, browser information and response status. Search words entered on the site form part of the requested URL and may be recorded. Please do not enter personal or order details in the search box.
Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can address your inquiry. For an earlier order, include the order number and email used for that order. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords or identity documents.
Customer support enquiries are handled by the website administrator in China. We do not use an outsourced customer-support team.
We use Alibaba Mail for the support mailbox. The website administrator accesses this mailbox using the NetEase Mail Master mobile application.
Keeping support messages
Our retention review point for ordinary non-order enquiries is 90 days after closure. We review these enquiries manually each month and remove records that are no longer needed, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. Enquiries relating to orders, refunds or disputes are assessed separately.
Keeping website records
The server is configured to rotate site logs daily and retain seven rotated files. Database backups are scheduled daily with a seven-day retention setting. Separately retained recovery copies do not currently have an automatic expiry. These settings do not mean that all personal information is deleted after seven days.
Hosting, browser storage and external resources
The website is hosted with DigitalOcean in its San Francisco region in the United States. Browser storage used by the website is described in our Cookie policy. Some product pages use an image supplied from s.w.org, a WordPress resource domain; loading an external resource can disclose network request information to its operator.
Earlier Wizshapor orders remain on the original Shopify service for handling. This display website does not accept new orders. Website payment and automated outgoing email services remain disabled during the display phase.

For questions or requests concerning personal information you have provided to Wizshapor, contact store@wizshapor.com and describe the request. Please do not include passwords or payment-card information.
You can contact store@wizshapor.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask about the way it is handled. Describe the request and the relevant enquiry or earlier order. We may need reasonable existing information to verify that the request concerns your information. We assess requests against applicable requirements and any continuing need to handle an order, refund or dispute. If a request cannot be fully fulfilled, we explain the relevant reason.
